Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and will be chargeable.
In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the Homestay reserves the right to levy retention charged for entire reserved stay. For any disputes in payments and any other legal disputes, the jurisdiction of the court will be at Kozikode in Kozikode district kerala.
In case the Booking is cancelled, 10% of the booking amount will be charged as fine.
7 to 10 days from the date of intimation of cancellation.
